Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your most recent charge. Refunds are processed through PayPal and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Refund requests made after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Free Plan

The Free plan has no charge and therefore no refund applies. You may stop using it at any time.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your PayPal transaction ID (if available)
  • A brief reason for the refund request

Send your request to info@wishyze.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider before contacting us, it may delay the resolution process. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we're here to help.
